Yule Log Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box of gluten free chocolate cake

  • Whipped topping

  • Chocolate frosting

Directions

  1. Follow the directions on the back of the gluten free chocolate cake box.

  2. Pour the batter onto a parchment lined rectangular cookie sheet.

  3. Bake per directions on cake box.

  4. Let cake cool completely.

  5. Cover the cooled cake evenly with the whipped topping.

  6. Using the parchment paper, slowly roll the cake into a log.

  7. Using the chocolate frosting, cover the cake and decorate to look like a log.
