

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients
Crust:
1 ½ cups crushed GF Cookies
5 tbsp melted butter
Filling:
16 oz cream cheese
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup white chocolate chips
¼ cup raspberry jam
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
Mix crust ingredients and press into a pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and eggs.
Fold in white chocolate.
Pour over crust and swirl in jam.
Bake 30–35 minutes.
