White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups crushed GF Cookies

  • 5 tbsp melted butter

Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

  • ¼ cup raspberry jam

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

  2. Mix crust ingredients and press into a pan.

  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and eggs.

  4. Fold in white chocolate.

  5. Pour over crust and swirl in jam.

  6. Bake 30–35 minutes.
