Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Maple and Bacon
Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
4 slices bacon, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss sprouts with oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and sprinkle with bacon.
Roast 25 minutes, drizzle with maple syrup, and roast 5 more minutes.
