Peppermint Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 12 oz dark chocolate

  • 8 oz white chocolate

  • ½ tsp peppermint extract

  • ½ cup crushed candy canes

Directions

  1. Melt dark chocolate, spread onto parchment-lined tray.

  2. Chill 10 minutes, then melt white chocolate and stir in peppermint extract.

  3. Pour over dark layer and sprinkle candy canes.

  4. Chill until firm, then break into pieces.
