

Maple Pecan
Crusted Salmon
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
½ cup chopped pecans
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Place salmon on a parchment-lined sheet.
Mix pecans, maple syrup, mustard, butter, salt, and pepper.
Spoon mixture over salmon.
Bake 12–15 minutes until flaky and golden.
