Maple Pecan

Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • ½ cup chopped pecans

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp melted butter

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).

  2. Place salmon on a parchment-lined sheet.

  3. Mix pecans, maple syrup, mustard, butter, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spoon mixture over salmon.

  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until flaky and golden.
