Honey-Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby carrots

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • ½ tsp salt

  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Directions

  • Boil carrots for 10 minutes until tender.

  • In a skillet, melt butter and honey together.

  • Add carrots, toss to coat, and cook 5 minutes.

  • Garnish with thyme.
