

Honey-Glazed Carrots
Ingredients
1 lb baby carrots
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
½ tsp salt
Fresh thyme for garnish
Directions
Boil carrots for 10 minutes until tender.
In a skillet, melt butter and honey together.
Add carrots, toss to coat, and cook 5 minutes.
Garnish with thyme.
