Veggie & Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 gluten free pie crust

  • 5 eggs

  • 1 cup cream

  • 1 cup spinach

  • ½ cup red bell pepper

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Mix eggs and cream.

  2. Add vegetables and cheese.

  3. Pour into crust.

  4. Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes.
