

Herb & Garlic Christmas Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp thyme
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Mix herbs, garlic, and oil; rub on pork.
Place on a sheet pan and roast 22–25 minutes.
Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
