Veggie Omelet

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers

  • ¼ cup spinach

  • ¼ cup shredded cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.

  2. Pour into a heated non-stick pan.

  3. Add veggies and cheese on one side.

  4. Fold the omelet and cook until set.

  5. Serve hot.
