Veggie Omelet
Ingredients
2 eggs
¼ cup diced bell peppers
¼ cup spinach
¼ cup shredded cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
Pour into a heated non-stick pan.
Add veggies and cheese on one side.
Fold the omelet and cook until set.
Serve hot.
