Gluten-Free Turkey Club Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3 slices gluten-free bread, toasted

  • 3 oz sliced turkey breast

  • 2 slices cooked bacon

  • 1 lettuce leaf

  • 2 slices tomato

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.

  2. Layer turkey, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.

  3. Stack the sandwich with all three slices of bread.

  4. Cut diagonally and serve with chips or fruit.
