Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 small sweet potato, cooked and mashed

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. Combine mashed sweet potato, yogurt, and almond butter.

  2. Stir in cinnamon and drizzle with maple syrup.

  3. Top with nuts or fruit if desired.
