Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
3 large eggs
2 tbsp milk or cream
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
Pour in eggs and cook slowly, stirring gently until creamy and soft.
Serve warm with toast or avocado slices..
