Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz gluten-free pasta

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ½ cup diced cucumber

  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced

  • ¼ cup feta cheese

  • ¼ cup Italian dressing

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  2. In a bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta.

  3. Pour in Italian dressing and toss.

  4. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
