Gluten Free Pancakes
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of gluten free flour
3 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
3 tablespoons of melted butter
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 egg
Directions
In a bowl, combine the gluten free flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and almond milk, set aside.
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add to mixture, making sure everything is well combined.
Add the vanilla extract and 1 egg, mix well.
