Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup gluten free rolled oats

  • ½ cup milk or almond milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp honey

  • ½ cup fresh fruit

Directions

  1. Mix oats, milk, chia, and honey in a jar.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. Stir and top with fruit in the morning.
