Lemon Bars
Ingredients
Crust:
1 cup gluten-free flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crust ingredients and press into an 8x8" pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
Whisk eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and zest. Pour over crust.
Bake 20 minutes more. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
Filling:
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp gluten-free flour
1/2 cup lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
