

Gluten Free Italian Coffee Cake
Ingredients
5 eggs
230 grams of granulated sugar
70 milliliters of vegetable oil
300 grams of gluten free flour
160 milliliters of almond milk
16 grams of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Peel of one lemon
Pinch of salt
Directions
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Pour batter into a well-greased, fluted bundt cake pan.
Bake at 350 F (176 C) for 35 - 40 minutes
