Gluten Free Cranberry Orange Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of gluten free flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup butter

  • 1 tbsp orange zest

  • 1 cup cranberries

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.

  2. Add flour, baking powder, and zest.

  3. Fold in cranberries.

  4. Bake at 350°F for 18–20 minutes.
