

Gluten Free Cranberry Orange Muffins
Ingredients
2 cups of gluten free flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup butter
1 tbsp orange zest
1 cup cranberries
1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
Add flour, baking powder, and zest.
Fold in cranberries.
Bake at 350°F for 18–20 minutes.
