Gluten-Free Chicken Caesar Salad
Ingredients
2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup gluten-free Caesar dressing
1 cup gluten-free croutons
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, add romaine lettuce.
Top with sliced chicken, Parmesan, and gluten-free croutons.
Drizzle with Caesar dressing.
Toss gently to coat and season with salt and pepper.
Serve chilled.
