

Gluten Free Cake Mix Biscotti
Ingredients
1 bag of gluten free cake mix
1 cup of gluten free flour
1 stick of melted butter
1 cup of your favorite mix in
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
2 eggs
Directions
Combine the cake mix, flour and melted butter using either a stand mixer or hand mixer.
Add 1 cup of your favorite mix in, the brown sugar and the eggs.
Form a log with your hands
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Place the log on the parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Wet your hands and flatten out the log, your goal is to have a uniform, rectangular shaped dough.
Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Slice the dough into equal size biscotti.
Lay the biscotti back on the parchment lined cookie tray.
Brush butter and brown sugar on both sides of the biscotti.
Put back in oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
