Ingredients

  • 1 gluten free tortilla

  • 2 eggs, scrambled

  • ¼ cup shredded cheese

  • ¼ cup cooked sausage or bacon

  • Salsa and avocado slices

Directions

  1. Layer eggs, cheese, and meat on tortilla.

  2. Add salsa and avocado.

  3. Roll and toast lightly in a skillet.
