Apple Crisp
Ingredients
4 apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup gluten-free oats
1/4 cup gluten-free flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
Spread in baking dish.
Mix oats, flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly; sprinkle on apples.
Bake 30–35 minutes until golden.
