

Gingerbread Pancakes
Ingredients
1 ½ cups of gluten free flour
1 cup milk
2 tbsp molasses
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp sugar
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
Whisk milk, egg, and molasses in another.
Combine and cook on a hot griddle until bubbles form.
Flip and cook until golden.
