Gingerbread Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of gluten free flour

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tbsp molasses

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp ginger

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.

  2. Whisk milk, egg, and molasses in another.

  3. Combine and cook on a hot griddle until bubbles form.

  4. Flip and cook until golden.
