Eggnog Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ½ cup butter, melted

  • 3 (8 oz) cream cheese blocks, softened

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup eggnog

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tsp nutmeg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine crumbs and butter; press into a springform pan.

  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggnog, eggs, nutmeg, and vanilla.

  3. Pour over crust and bake at 325°F (165°C) for 50–55 minutes.

  4. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
