Eggnog Cheesecake
Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup butter, melted
3 (8 oz) cream cheese blocks, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup eggnog
3 eggs
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Combine crumbs and butter; press into a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggnog, eggs, nutmeg, and vanilla.
Pour over crust and bake at 325°F (165°C) for 50–55 minutes.
Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
