Creamy Garlic
Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
3 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
6 cloves garlic
½ cup butter (or dairy-free butter)
½–¾ cup warm milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil potatoes and garlic in salted water until tender (15–20 min).
Drain and return to the pot.
Add butter and mash until smooth.
Slowly stir in milk until creamy.
Season with salt and pepper.
