Creamy Garlic

Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 6 cloves garlic

  • ½ cup butter (or dairy-free butter)

  • ½–¾ cup warm milk (or unsweetened almond milk)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Boil potatoes and garlic in salted water until tender (15–20 min).

  • Drain and return to the pot.

  • Add butter and mash until smooth.

  • Slowly stir in milk until creamy.

  • Season with salt and pepper.
