Cheesy Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 5 cups broccoli florets, blanched

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 cup gluten free breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix soup, cheese, and sour cream in a bowl. Add broccoli and toss to coat.

  3. Pour into a greased baking dish.

  4. Top with buttered gluten free breadcrumbs.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
