

Cheesy Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
5 cups broccoli florets, blanched
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
2 tbsp butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix soup, cheese, and sour cream in a bowl. Add broccoli and toss to coat.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Top with buttered gluten free breadcrumbs.
Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
